it's just Lunch

Weekend lunches are a very fun thing. 

They're meals that you can do whatever you want with whatever you have, and you can decide whether you want a scrambled egg, steak, smoked salmon brunch, or if you want to go to the supermarket, grab a bit of stuff and then make your own. 

And it doesn't have to be elaborate, dressy or fanciful. It can be simply a couple slices of beef, a couple chunks of beef, a plate of instant noodles and a plate of organic rosti all prepared with a mixture of sesame oil, worchester sauce, himalayan salt and fried with olive oil,
